How much does a website cost?
New builds and redesigns start at $15K. This includes strategy workshops, custom ADA-compliant design, HIPAA-ready forms if needed, on-page SEO, and launch on a secure cloud platform. Most organizations invest $15K – $25K, depending on page count and features. Monthly Care Plans begin at $199 for hosting, backups, and ongoing updates. Financing options (four-way milestones or 12-month terms) are also available to keep your cash flow comfortable.

How long does it take to build a new website?
The size and scope of our projects vary, however, most of our projects take about 2-4 weeks from start to finish. Larger, more complicated builds or delays in communication and feedback can impact estimated timelines.
What will be expected of me during the process?
Clear communication and reasonably prompt response times. We’ll be collaborating closely with you to meet your deadlines and get approvals on design concepts. You should plan on high involvement in the beginning stages of the project, gradually moving to just reviewing communications and sending us feedback.
What if we miss the launch date?
We set a mutually agreed target after discovery. If a delay is on our side and pushes launch more than 10 business days past that date, we credit $3000 ($500 for landing pages) off your final invoice. If the delay comes from late content or approvals, the timeline simply shifts—no penalty to either party.
Do you build landing pages?
Yes! Our one-page accelerator package:

- 14-day turnaround after you supply content

- Full credit applied if you upgrade to a complete site within 6 months

Can I finance my project?
Absolutely. Choose the plan that fits your cash flow:
- Standard: 50% deposit / 50% at launch
- 4-Way Split: 25% at contract → design sign-off → pre-launch → post-launch
- 12-Month Financing: Via Stripe Capital*— spread payments over a year
- No matter the option, your site moves through the same build schedule.
