Hope House is a licensed home-care agency in Arkansas that provides RN-led personal care, respite services, and personal care attendant certification classes for healthcare professionals.
The Challenge
A dated, non-responsive site scattered key actions across PDFs, lacked HIPAA language, and offered no clear path for families to request care or job seekers to apply—hurting credibility and conversions.
The Solution
We rebuilt the site on our HIPAA-ready Duda platform, unified care-request and job-application flows, created a mobile-first PCA-class landing page with Stripe deposits, and passed a full WCAG 2.2 accessibility audit.
The Results
Within 90 days mobile load time dropped to 1.9 s, online care requests rose to 3–5 per week, and 65 % of PCA-class seats filled online—wins that later helped the site earn a Netty Award for Rising Star Web Design.
