MWR Collection is a New York-based luxury leather brand known for handcrafted handbags and small-batch accessories made from Italian calfskin and exotic hides. Their audience expects premium storytelling that mirrors the quality of the product.
The Challenge
Their original e-commerce site felt incomplete, and lacked the branding, design and structure expected from high-ticket shoppers. As a result, traffic was healthy but conversion rates lagged and there was no clear way to contact the MWR Atelier for product repairs.
