For custom web design services, Webs of Color operates under a different policy due to the nature of the work and the resources involved in project development.

1. Initial Deposit and Payment Structure: Custom web design projects typically require an initial deposit, with subsequent payments tied to specific project milestones. This payment structure will be outlined in the service agreement signed at the commencement of the project.
2. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your project, you may do so at any stage. However, please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable. This deposit covers the initial resources and work undertaken by our team.
3. Refund of Milestone Payments: In the event of cancellation after a project milestone is reached and paid for, refunds for that milestone payment are not provided. This is due to the work already completed and resources allocated up to that point.
4. Project Completion and Final Payment: Upon completion of the project, the final payment is due. Once the final payment is made, and the project is delivered, no refunds are provided. We encourage open communication throughout the project to ensure that the final product meets your specifications and requirements.
5. Revisions and Adjustments: Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with the final web design. We typically include a set number of revisions in our service agreement to adjust the design according to your feedback. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges.
